WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE YOURSELF ANYMORE

You don’t have to keep hurting in silence.

There are some wounds you learn to live around.

You keep going, but underneath it all, something still hurts. Maybe you feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are anymore. Maybe painful experiences from your past continue to show up in your relationships, your thoughts, your emotions, or the way you see yourself.

Sometimes you can name exactly where the pain comes from. Other times, you just know that you don’t want to keep feeling this way.

Healing isn’t about erasing what happened or reaching a place where nothing hurts anymore.

It’s a process of understanding your experiences, learning tools to navigate painful memories and emotions, and discovering new ways to care for yourself when the past shows up in the present.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

You can learn to carry your story differently.

HI, I’M AZIZAH

I believe healing should make room for your whole story.

For more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with people during the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of their lives.

My work with women is especially meaningful to me because I understand that sometimes the person you’ve become was shaped by what you had to do to survive.

Past experiences can affect the way you see yourself, the relationships you choose, the boundaries you struggle to set, and the ways you respond when you feel hurt, rejected, or unsafe. And sometimes you’ve lived in survival mode for so long that you’re not trying to “get back” to who you were-you’re discovering who you are for the first time.

I bring both professional experience and a deep respect for how complicated healing can be. I’m not here to judge your past or tell you who you should become. My role is to help you understand your story, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop tools to navigate your life with greater awareness, compassion, and choice.

You are more than the things that have happened to you.
